Our talented, international team is growing, and we are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join our team. Studio Vi was established in 2016 by two enthusiastic entrepreneurs, Vidar and Victor. The two started the endeavour because of their passion for design & development and their vision of helping businesses grow through digital innovation. 

The team of Studio Vi is a group of international, talented individuals who all share the same vision – to not only make a beautiful digital product for the client but to help a company grow in becoming leaders in their field – which in turn helps themselves in becoming digital experts. You will work alongside a talented team of research-based strategists, creative technologists, developers, and conversational designers to produce award-winning digital solutions.


We are seeking a versatile professional to join our team in the hybrid role of business development, sales, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with companies in the fashion & retail, healthcare, hospitality, and related industries.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and devising strategies to attract and retain clients. You will conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and determine their needs. Additionally, you will evaluate our current offerings and identify areas for growth and improvement.

A few examples of day-to-day tasks as part of this role:

  • Identifying new market opportunities and devising the most effective approach
  • Creating lead lists of potential customers
  • Making contact with potential customers
  • Evaluating growth prospects for existing customers
  • Developing new revenue models for Studio Vi’s services
  • Crafting and implementing growth strategies for the company
  • Analyzing sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Residence in or around the Randstad area
  • A sociable and outgoing personality with an ability to make new connections
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Dutch and English both spoken and written
  • Highly motivated and creative
  • Inquisitive and eager to learn and explore new things
  • A strong team player
